Points to note about applicants:
- Applicants can apply for as many geographical areas as they like and there is no indicator of preference; the list I’ve given is simply the number of times each area has been ‘ticked’, giving some indication of housing need.
- Applicants can have more than one Let Policy applied to their application and this table therefore includes double counting.
- Applicants can have more than one service need.
- The housing need waiting list report does not contain all the demographics reported on the application form as it is already a very large report. If you need further information we can request this from IT but it may take some time to obtain.
- The What and Where list was updated in Feb 23 and is currently in the process of being put onto the website as an interactive search tool. It will need to be reviewed regularly but as this has proved to be quite a complex task it may not be more than every 4-6 months.
